After a doctor leave medical school, is he able to diagnose most disease right off the bat?Would he be able to prescribe medications for diseases correctly?
I worry because I hear a lot about malpractice charges and sure this can happen because of careless doctors.But what about those who still do not quite have the knowledge to deal with certain problems?
Just how smart is a doctor when emerging from medical school.
If a doctor does not know what to do, what options does he have?If he is stumped with a certain patient in a clinic for example, what are his options and are there any bad side effects on his career?

A doctor who have just graduated medical school is able to diagnose simple diseases but not most disease.(Well, It still differs from individual to individual) That's why they have residency training to prepare them to practice on there on.
If the newly graduate doctor is in the clinic, He can be able to function as a doctor.Diagnose and treat a special disease.But i think they are not equipped yet to handle Critically ill patient's.
