Maybe it was the fourth of July holiday, or the fact that I couldn’t get this burger off my mind, but I have been dying to make buffalo blue burgers.There was a time when I was completely grossed out by making burgers on my own.They make your hands cold and the meat is just too gooey for my liking.Sometimes a burger is just so good that you push all of that aside and suck it up for the sake of your cravings.
Buffalo Blue Burger Ingredients:
-lean ground beef [93/7]
-black pepper
-cavendars
-worcestershire sauce
-blue cheese crumbles
-panko bread crumbs so the meat will stay together
-Frank’s red hot for topping
These are very easy to make.Just dump all ingredients [with the exception of blue cheese] into a bowl and mix with your hands.Unfortunately I didn’t measure but use your best judgment.В Then, make two patties one slightly smaller than the other, and place the blue cheese in the large patty and put the smaller one on top and close it up.Repeat until you have used all of your meat.Voila!
They were mouthwatering good, if I do say so myself.
