Is it normal to have a puffy face in the first trimester of pregnancy?I'm about 10 1/2 weeks pregnant and my face has been swollen for a number of weeks now, but I just a*sumed it was normal.I recently realized that none of my books say its normal. Can it be a sign of something wrong?
P.S.I definitely don't have high blood pressure and I eat fairly healthy and drink lots of water.

The swelling could be due to nothing more than increased bloodflow since your body is working very hard to make that baby. symptoms - What to Know About Hypertension.
