ReikiI completed my Level 1 Reiki training.
WOW!I was hesitant and even skeptic if it would work - but went with an open mind.
I was stunned and thrilled, spooked even of how I could feel the energy.
Not thrilled that with self healing I feel arctic coldness, but thankfully, when working on others I had warmth,vibrating hands, tingling at finger tips and empathy in my body of their body pains
