Texas Tech and Angelo State will sacrifice over 600 jobs as the new biennium starts September 1.Guy Bailey bragged at a sham townhall meeting that Tech would have no layoffs or paycuts.Mr.Bailey should receive a "thumb-on-nose" waving finger salute and he should get a substantial paycut but that will not happen.Over 200 people have lost their jobs on Tech campus in Lubbock.That's not chicken feed and merchants will feel the effect of those lost paychecks.___(Ch.11/Christi Post copy was used for information in this entry)
